Devonian Astra Dolphin is not a strikingly intelligent sea mammal, but a singer/songwriter whose unusual style has earned her frequent comparisons to Kate Bush. Over the last six years, she has appeared at numerous live events, both indoor and outdoor, and has featured on a compilation of new artists. Astra also won Best Newcomer and Best Unsigned Album at the South West Music Awards 2005. She has also received airplay at Pulserated.com radio, South Hams Radio and BBC Radio Devon.

Matt Dolphin is a London based songwriter and performer, who has plied his trade as both a solo artist and member of loose-limbed collectives such as improv troupe The Beggars. His debonair croon recalls Nick Cave, Scott Walker and Tim Buckley. Matt's wayward yet self-assured songcraft has graced a range of venues, including The Twelve Bar Club, York Hall and Tate Britain.
Matt Dolphin is his real name, and yes, he is Astra's brother.
